It's the largest public-private infrastructure project in Fremantle's history. A precinct-wide renewal of the Fremantle city centre with project partners Sirona Capital and the City of Fremantle redeveloping the buildings and public spaces in Kings Square.

The City of Fremantle are seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Leasing Agent who in conjunction with the City will compile a list of proposed operators for the four ground level commercial tenancies within the new City of Fremantle administration building development.
