Supply of Cash Management and Cash Equipment Services

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains information regarding the supply and provision of Cash Management and Cash Equipment Services for Perth Stadium & Stadium Park.

Accordingly, VenuesLive is seeking to appoint a Subcontractor that:

Has a reputation as an industry leader in the provision of high quality Services for sporting and entertainment venues.

Can provide suitably qualified and experienced staff for Perth Stadium and the Stadium Parks varied Events and activities.

Is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to the Stadiums patrons and clients.

Provides a commercially viable financial offer in the provision of the Services.

Is capable of meeting the present and future needs of Perth Stadium and the Stadium Park.

Is committed to making Perth Stadium and the Stadium Park, a priority in terms of the delivery of the Services when faced with competing service commitments to other clients.

Will bring a flexible collaborative approach to its supply of the Services, in order for VenuesLive to meet its obligations under the Operator Agreement, and deliver the Perth Stadium Project Aspirations and Operational Objectives.

Respondents will be requested to provide the following:
Services Requirements:

* Delivery of pre-made cash floats to Perth Stadium
* Collection of cash float plus takings from Perth Stadium
* Count, reconciliation and reporting of cash per Cash Drawer/Register, per outlet, per event
* Banking services within an agreed time frame
* Supplier to provide credit facility for floats delivered
* Identification tagging of cash floats
* Cash float bags and tags

Infrastructure requirements:
* Safes and lock boxes
* Cage/Trolley Cash Delivery Infrastructure.
* Note and Coin counters
* Cash float carry bags (back packs/trolley)
* Cash Register Skim bags
* Cash Register Final Takings bags
