Tender Description
The Building Commission (BC) of Western Australia is a sub-division of the Customer and has been established to oversee the regulation of building, painting, building surveying and plumbing services in Western Australia.
In 2016, the BC received funding approval to undertake the following initiatives in response to reforms identified in the 2016 Building Summit:
* A single electronic system for lodging and processing building permit applications;
* An online system for permit authority reporting;
* Electronic Lodgement of plumbing notices and drainage plumbing diagrams; and
* Integration and support to online licensing applications and renewals for building-related occupations.
A range of IT technical services are required to complete the remaining tasks that exist under the Program of Works (see Quote Form for further detail).
