Provision of Specialist Cleaning Services

This Tender seeks suppliers to conduct scheduled cleaning services to supplement Sydney Trains’ daily cleaning regime and programmed cleaning support for special events.

The cleaning services can include high-pressure cleaning of street level/entrances, concourse/bridge, platforms, stairs, ramps, escalators, lifts, toilets, high access areas (above 2m), station bins, high external glass canopies/lift shafts, cleaning and resealing floor surfaces and garden beds.

The tender will be for 23 stations in 5 separable portions and the term of the agreement is 3 years with a 1 year plus 1 year extension option.
