Pilbara Minerals is currently developing its 100% owned Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum deposit located south of Port Hedland in WA’s Pilbara region.
The purpose of this brief is to outline the Scope of Work for construction of a Main Roads Western Australia approved Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) 7 Intersection between the Great Northern Highway and the unsealed Wodgina Access Road located 105km approx. from Pt. Hedland.
The Contractor must construct the GNH/WAR intersection as outlined below. The Works must reflect the Company’s requirements to create the required RAV 7 intersection as approved by MRWA.
The Works consists of all necessary activities including, but not limited to the following: mobilisation and demobilisation, supply of all plant, labour, materials (other than those which the Company may supply), equipment, earthworks, civil, and electrical Works, testing, traffic management, commissioning and handover.
The Company has a requirement that all Works must comply with Safety, Environmental and Heritage requirements. All Works must be performed in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA).
