Following receipt of registrations, a request for further detailed submissions may be progressed should there be sufficient commercial interest that is suitable and acceptable to Council. A future potential lease agreement may then be negotiated with a preferred proponent based on the nature of the proposal, including any refurbishments undertaken, the value of improvements, amount of rent and the lease term.
