IWC Stage 2 Health and Wellbeing Complex Construction Project
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and licensed subcontractors for pricing works for the Stage 2 IWC Health & Wellbeing Complex project at 184 Barolin St, Bundaberg.
The IWC Stage 2 Project is a two-level concrete and block building (ground floor 1400m2 and first floor 1450m2) plus a basement carpark (1800m2) for 56 vehicles. Site works are expected to start within weeks.
Subcontractors are required in the areas of:
- Blocklaying
- Electrical
- Concrete, formwork and steel fixing
- Data and Security
- Mechanical ventilation Aluminium joinery
- Scaffolding
- Timber joinery
- Structural steel
- Render
- Roofing
- Painting
- Walls and ceiling
- Resilient finishes
- Plumbing and hydraulics
Expressions of interest are to include details of works undertaken on similar-sized projects, with supplier and client references, capabilities etc.
