Tender Description
The City of Greater Geraldton provides the following early advice to prospective tenderers.
The City intends to engage a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced Head Contractor for the construction of the Beresford Foreshore Landscape and Amenity Enhancement Project in Geraldton.
The project will generally comprise construction of the following elements:
detailed earthworks, carparks, access roads, concrete pathways, playground area, steel structures, viewing platforms and decking, landscaping and irrigation, lighting, site services and assorted furniture and fittings.
The project construction period will be from January 2018 until the end of June 2018.
The project tender documentation is scheduled to be released during the week starting 23 October 2017. The tender period will close no later than 16 November 2017.
