Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the design and construction of a bridge on Williams Road.
Tender documents can be obtained from Kyogle Council free of charge, or a hard copy can be purchased for $55 (including GST). To obtain tender documents, please contact Jacquie Horder by telephone (02) 6632 0221 or email Jacqueline.horder@kyogle.nsw.gov.au.
Tenders must be received prior to the advertised closing date and time and may be submitted digitally via email to council@kyogle.nsw.gov.au or printed hard copy, disc or USB drive posted to:

Tenders submitted physically shall be enclosed in a plain opaque envelope or package displaying the name of the tenderer and endorsed:
Tenders for Contract No. 2017/18-009
Tenders submitted via email shall display "Tenders for Contract No. 2017/18-009" in the subject heading and tenderers should request both delivery and read receipts. It is also advised that tenderers telephone Council to confirm that the email has been received and submit tenders early enough to address any complications due to delay or rejection by Council's email management software.
Council will not be bound to accept the lowest, or any tender. Canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically lead to disqualification.
Request for Tender closes at 3:00pm AEDT, Friday 27 October 2017.
