Energy Queensland Limited will shortly be seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from the market for the provision of Services in respect of its non-network infrastructure.

Energy Queensland will be conducting a two stage procurement process (commencing with the Expressionof Interest (EOI)), the purpose of which is to ultimately engage a head contractor(s) to perform services inmrespect of its non-network infrastructure (including property management and facilities management services) on behalf of the Energy Queensland group of companies, commencing 1 September 2018.

An overview of the services proposed by Energy Queensland to be delivered by this head contractor(s) are:
(i) property management;
(ii) security services;
(iii) sundry fleet administration;
(iv) general building and facilities cleaning;
(v) grounds maintenance; and
(vi) general building construction and maintenance

Energy Queensland will be holding EOI Information Sessions in four locations; Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns. Attendance at these sessions is optional, but strongly recommended for prospective respondents.

Prospective attendees must nominate the location of the session(s), name and contact details of their attendees to Energy Queensland via emai lto serviceseoiregistrat@energyq.com.au by 5pm 9 October 2017. Attendees are permitted to attend more than one session, however, are limited to two (2) representatives per session.

Prospective attendees should review the EOI documentation prior to attending their nominated session(s). The EOI will be available via the Queensland Government QTenders website from 6 October 2017.
