Having recently secured a major national contract we now seek Expressions of Interest for Maintenance and Handyman services via state-wide sub-contracts.

Each trade will have to conduct their works compliant to Australian Standard, Australian Building Codes and client WHS practices.

Each trade will be required to have their own method of travel to and from the work site as well as a fully functioning tool kit pertinent to their trade.

1. Builder/s for relatively simple building works including:
* Anchoring, reinforcing, levelling and rendering besser-brick and block walls;
* Straightening timber fences;
* Rewiring picket and wire fences;
* Replacing panels in aluminium fences;
* Installing and repairing handrails;
* Installing stair nosing;
* Installing concrete bollards;
* Reinforcing, concreting and asphalting potholes, kerb and guttering;
* Installing and repairing guttering and aluminium roofing panels

2. Painter/s to
* Prepare, patch and paint to match existing walls, ceilings, windows, doors, awnings and fences as well as painting WHS and Traffic management lines across car parks and warehouse loading docks (Painting works at heights over 2 metres will require the use of an elevated work platform and appropriate certifications).

3. Carpenter/s for simple door, window, frames and fence repairs.
4. Electrician/s for the investigation of existing wiring, the correction and repair, installation and/or disabling of redundant electrical and data wiring.
5. Plumber/s for simple drain, guttering, sewer and storm water repairs.
6. General Handyman for other works of a non-trade specific nature.

Term: Commencing 1 October 2017 with the intention to develop an ongoing contract agreement with interested parties.

Relevant Insurances: Relevant Trade Certificates for all workers and own insurance cover (incl. PLI to $20m) are mandatory.
