Design and Construct Wallangarra Package Water Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠18_017 - Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking suitably qualified company to provide design and construction for upgrading of Wallangarra Water Treatment Plant to replace the aerator, clarifier and Filter which are past their useful life.

The existing WTP at Wallangarra is conventional water treatment with pre-treatment, clarification filtration followed by disinfection and pH correction. Raw water can be sourced from either the Soak (which receives spring water and pumped flow from Cusack’s Dam) or Beehive Dam. At each location, dedicated raw water pumps deliver flows to the WTP for treatment.

SDRC is seeking tenders for the design, supply, delivery, and commissioning of a 2ML/day package water treatment plant at Wallangarra. The following scope of works describes SDRC’s technical requirements for the plant and forms part of the tender documentation.
