My Health Record Website Redevelopment

⁠⁠⁠The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is seeking to redesign and redevelop the My Health Record public-facing awareness website on the domain www.myhealthrecord.gov.au.

The budget for the My Health Record website redevelopment is $100,000 maximum. The Agency is looking for the most cost effective solution that meets our requirements.

The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is seeking to redesign and redevelop the My Health Record public-facing awareness website on the domain www.myhealthrecord.gov.au (the website).

My Health Record is Australia’s national digital health record system that allows important health information to be shared between an individual and registered healthcare providers involved in their care.

By the end of 2018, all Australians will have a My Health Record unless they tell us they don’t want one.

The website is a key component of addressing questions or concerns about My Health Record, and directing Australians to various Government resources including:
* MyGov
* Medicare
* The My Health Record portal
* My Health Record support services (i.e. call centre, email, providers and more)

The Agency is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) by Friday 06 October 2017 and intends for redevelopment of the website to commence mid-October 2017.
