This contract is for a Standing Offer Arrangement for the “Supply of Traffic Control Services and Traffic Management Signage and Devices”.

Somerset Regional Council is looking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for the “Supply of Traffic Control Services and Traffic Management Signage and Devices”.

Only fully registered Traffic Management companies currently listed on the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads register of Traffic Management Organisations need apply.

Somerset Regional Council will supply relevant Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) to be utilised for the term of the agreement. Successful tenderer/s will need to undertake consultation with Somerset Regional Council TGS design staff to determine a process where traffic signage provided for a signage set-up is in accordance with the specific TGS for works.

If required Somerset Regional Council may request the successful contractor to design compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for use on Council works. These TGS’s and TMP’s will need to be designed by a person with Traffic Management Design competency.
