Upgrade of Port Macquarie Airport Terminal Building.
Port Macquarie Hastings Council invites suitably experienced firms or persons to submit an expression of interest (EOI) for the upgrade of the Port Macquarie Airport Terminal Building, Boundary Street / Oliver Drive, Port Macquarie.
This EOI is for construction contractor organisations with the capability, experience and capacity to undertake the upgrade of the existing building.
Interested parties are requested to attend a non-mandatory EOI meeting to be held at 12.00 pm on Tuesday 17 October 2017 at Council's Offices, Burrawan Street Port Macquarie. Interested parties are to advise Council's nominated Contact Person by telephone or email via Katherine Lynch, Personal Assistant, Infrastructure Katherine.lynch@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 2.00 pm on Thursday 12 October 2017 with numbers and names of proposed attendees.
Expressions of Interest shall be lodged electronically via Council's tendering web site (see option below) and should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents prior to the closing time and date of the Expression of Interest. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the Expression of Interest is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Submissions should be marked as follows:
Upgrade of Port Macquarie Airport Terminal Building, EOI-17-11, Tender Box, Ground Floor, Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, Cnr Lord & Burrawan St, Port Macquarie, NSW, 2444.
