Tender Description
The Department of Fire & Emergency Services (DFES) propose to construct a helipad at Bunbury Airport to increase efficiency of the rescue helicopter operations. The City of Bunbury, as the airport owner, has agreed to assist DFES in the delivery of this facility.
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to;
a) Survey set-out the helipad and establish height control.
b) Box-out of existing grassed area and compaction of subgrade.
c) Construct compacted limestone sub-base.
d) Construct concrete pavement.
e) Construct compacted limestone base and seal with asphalt.
f) Backfill and tidy site.
