Help us work with our managers to review and design fit for purpose learning interventions, tools and resources.
The objective of this project is to enhance the capability of our managers by engaging an experienced co-design consultant to work directly with a group of FWOROCE managers to review proposed training programs and to design fit for purpose learning interventions and products (a manager toolkit) that are outcome focussed and flexible enough to meet future challenges.
Conducting user research with a group of FWOROCE managers to develop current state findings, generate and rapidly prototype ideas for solutions and develop a plan for implementation, including communication.
