Registration of Interest for Manual Wheelchairs

⁠⁠⁠Accessable is conducting a multi-stage tender to select preferred supplier(s) for the supply of Manual Wheelchairs. It has identified six (6) categories of Manual Wheelchairs that:
a. Are aligned to the current category list (ACC) or equipment bands (MOH);
b. Will best meet clients' injury related needs (ACC) or disability related needs (MOH);
c. Are expected to meet the majority of client needs in both ACC and MOH;
d. Are expected to offer optimum whole of life/ Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) supply, including provision and timely availability of parts

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first stage of the tender and will focus on the following supplier capability:
a. Ability to deliver quality products, on time, and in full;
b. Provision of sales service support pre-and post-sales transaction, including provision of parts on time.

Suppliers shortlisted from the ROI will be invited to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT), where suppliers will be evaluated on their product offering.

This procurement opportunity is more than equipment supply; we are looking for suppliers that can provide pre- and post-sales support to accessible, assessors, and clients, therefore experience working with assessors, clients, and other suppliers to provide tailored solutions specific to clients' disability and rehabilitation needs is a must.
