Tenders are invited to upgrade the lighting and traffic signals along St Georges Terrace, Barrack to Irwin and Mill Street intersection.
A Mandatory site briefing will be held at 10.00am on Friday 22 September 2017. Tenderers are to sign in with the Concierge at the ground floor of Council House.
