Expression of Interest - Purchase of Redundant Amenity Buildings

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from parties that are interested in purchasing either (or all) demountable amenity buildings removed from St Andrews Reserve, Aberdeen.

The buildings comprise of 2 x shower blocks and 1 x toilet block and are currently stored at Aberdeen Landfill.

The buildings are in fair condition.

The successful purchaser/s will be required to remove building/s from the Landfill site within 2 weeks of successful notification.

Inspection of buildings will be available between 10 and 11am Wednesday, 20 September 2017 on site at Aberdeen Landfill.

EOIs must be submitted to Council no later than close of business 29 September 2017.
