Mid-Western Regional Council Safety Committee

⁠⁠⁠At the 15 March 2017 Council meeting, Council resolved to re-instate the Community Safety Committee as a Section 355 Committee of Council, with a view to developing a plan for the installation of CCTV in the Mudgee CBD with particular reference to Byron Place and Mudgee Town Centre carparks.

A timeframe for these meetings has not yet been determined however we hope to commence the meetings in late May or June.

Council is currently seeking expressions of interest for Community Members on this Committee. To be considered for this opportunity, please send your application detailing your experience and interest in community safety issues to council@midwestern.nsw.gov.au.
