Parramatta Park Cafe & Restaurant

Parramatta Park comprises over 86 hectares of public open space, on the eastern fringe of the Parramatta CBD. The former premises were partially destroyed by a fire that occurred on the night of 26 December 2016. Parramatta Park Trust is seeking proposals from parties interested in maximizing the potential from this quality opportunity, through participating in the leasing of the reinstated premises for a term of up to 10 years.

The Trust proposes to fund and undertake a reinstatement of the base building. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the cost of any additional building works, including but not limited to, kitchen facilities and other items of Lessee fitout. The successful Proponent will have the opportunity to provide input into the final design and subject to development consent, proposals involving a larger building footprint may be considered.
