500.2017.0062 - The Council has opted to seek a commercial arrangement with a contractor for the management and operation of Bowen and Kelsey Creek Landfills. The contractor will require experience in landfill and waste management, and have access to suitable machinery and ancillary equipment. The Council is seeking to enter into an arrangement with the successful contractor from 01 February 2018 to 31 January 2023 (five years) with the possibility of extension up to 31 January 2024.
