Request for Tender - Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Security Screening Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Request for Tender T06-17/18: Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Security Screening Equipment at the East Kimberley Regional Airport.

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is seeking Tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of security screening equipment for the East Kimberley Regional Airport.

The contract requirements are as follows:
(a) Supply and installation of 2 x Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Equipment;
(b) Supply and installation of Walk-Through Metal Detector;
(c) Removal and disposal of existing security equipment;
(d) Commissioning, handover and staff training; and
(e) Provision of a Preventative Maintenance Program and technical support for two years as per manufacturer’s requirements and warranties.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via the Shire’s VendorPanel website, prior to 2:00pm, Thursday 21 September 2017.

Tenders must be submitted via the Shire’s VendorPanel website www.vendorpanel.com.au/swek.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 29 September 2017.

Responses submitted by facsimile, email, mail or hand delivery will not be accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
