The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Evaluation of the Working With The Mob training program.
The Department requires an independent evaluation of the Working With The Mob (WWTM) training program that was run from December 2015 (initiation) through to March 2017.
* The evaluation will focus on the short-term and medium-term outcomes of the WWTM training program run between December 2015 - March 2017.
* The short-term outcomes will focus on the built knowledge and skills participants acquired after attending the WWTM training program. It will also look at whether participants where happy with the overall content and delivery of the WWTM training program.
* The medium-term outcomes will focus on whether, after receiving the training, participants are applying the knowledge and skills to meet their Native Title and Cultural Heritage obligations and responsibilities.
* The evaluation will also need to include desktop research on comparable Australian and international training programs.
Out of Scope
* Interviewing all Traditional Owners to determine if they are finding an increase in engagement after the WWTM training.
* Collecting data to determine if there has been a decrease in contact with the Partnership team for advice as there is no baseline data.
* Collecting data to determine if there has been an increase in respect, trust and transparency between the Department and Traditional Owners.
