Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Pest Management Services

⁠⁠⁠Queensland Health invites offers from accredited suppliers for the provision of Pest Management Services to the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) across the state of Queensland.

A Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA), will be established between Queensland Health and the successful supplier/s to provide Pest Management Services for Customers across a Two Tier arrangement defined as:
* Tier 1, suppliers who nominate they can service the whole state; or
* Tier 2, suppliers who nominate to be considered only for a specific local zone, local region or regions to service.

There are a number of existing contracts across the state for these services with varying expiry dates and in some cases there are multiple contracts with the same supplier. The intent of this activity is to consolidate these services into a single SOA across the state. Not necessarily into a single supplier, but more an agreed set of terms and conditions with rates that are centrally managed contractually across a panel of suppliers. The SOA will be accessible by the customers via the issuing of an SOA Order (Schedule 5) against the SOA. There are a number of existing HHS arrangements expiring in the near future. These HHSs will be the early participants under the new arrangement. As further arrangements expire, customers can utilise the arrangement rather than duplicating the full ITO process.
