Tender Package for Opening Ceremony Scenic Elements

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a company to provide technical set design and construction services to provide various set elements for the Opening Ceremony for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. The successful company will be required to provide associated services including but not limited to technical design, manufacturing, showcase installation and delivery of one or multiple scenic elements.

This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) that is required to be completed prior to issuing any Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation in relation to the Opening Ceremony Scenic Elements tender.

The PQQ is important to ensure your organisation has the required financial stability, company policies and further information to pre-qualify for the ITT stage. The ITT will be issued to the suppliers that complete and pass the PQQ stage.

Please ensure you read all the information carefully and respond to each section as required.

You are required to submit this PQQ and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via the Q-Tender portal.

Your response in full must be submitted no later than 17:00hrs (AEST) on Monday 18 September 2017.

Failure to respond within this time frame may result in you being excluded from the ITT.

You must complete the NDA and pass the PQQ to receive the ITT.
