Expression of Interest – Rankens Bridge, Eglinton

⁠⁠⁠Rural Licence agreement - GRAZING ONLY

Bathurst Regional Council has available for a rural license a 2.8 ha (approx.) rural block located under the Rankens Bridge, Eglinton. The license term available will be until the end of April 2019 or approx 20 months only. A map outlining the area available for license can be collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or download below.

Town water is available and the successful applicant will be responsible for the payment of water usage.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable and held in Council’s trust during the term of the license. A Public Liability Insurance Policy of $20 million over the licensed area will also be required.

Approved maximum stocking rates of either 3 Horses or 2 cows or 12 sheep.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 21.00022 in a sealed and marked envelope “Expression of Interest – Rankens Bridge, Eglinton” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 3 October 2017 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre. Please include any previous leasing history and proposed license payment GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councilors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
