Tender Description
The aim of this study is to undertake an urban design, view line analysis study of a five block precinct adjoining the Auburn town centre. The precinct contains mostly residential developmentwith an iconic mosque in the middle of the precinct.
The study will build upon a range of strategic work Council has recently undertaken which supported an increase in heights in some parts of the Auburn Town Centre and will be used to inform to inform the final Auburn and Lidcombe Town Centres Strategy.
