Replacement of Dehumidifiers for Aquatic Centre, Margaret River

⁠⁠⁠In accordance with Part 4, Clause 11(1) of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996 where tenders require to be publicly invited, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River is seeking Tenders from qualified suppliers for the replacement of dehumidifiers for the Aquatic Centre, Margaret River.

Request for Tender (RFT) documents can be obtained by contacting Hannah Waters on (08) 9780 5638 or hwaters@amrshire.wa.gov.au.

Any clarification requests must be issued to amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au no later than 11am AWST, Tuesday 19 September 2017. The email subject must be marked for the attention of Dylan Brown and include the RFT reference number.

A compulsory site meeting will be held on Friday 15 September 2017 at 11am AWST.

Tenders must be submitted electronically to amrshire@amrshire.wa.gov.au clearly marked with the appropriate Tender number in the email subject. Tenders lodged by any other method will not be accepted.

All Tenders must be received by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River before the closing deadline of 3pm AWST, Monday 2 October 2017 - No late tenders will be accepted.

Canvassing of the Elected Councillors or Officers will disqualify Tenderers.
