18_020 - Council owns and operates a water treatment plant in Warwick at Wentworth Street in Warwick. This water has been purchased and used by community groups since approximately 2008.
Council wishes to sell the recycled water from the treatment plant to individuals or organisations, on the basis contemplated by this REOI.
