This opportunity invites both commercial and not for profit interest groups to apply for a not less than 5 year lease.

Owen Park (The Park) is a highly utilised venue servicing predominantly school groups and community organisations for a range of sporting and community service outcomes. The park consists of nine (9) sport fields, two (2) playgrounds and 16 buildings which are leased to 12 community organisations.

A lease opportunity is now available at this venue, suitable for organisations with experience in providing gymnastics or other similar activities. The building has been used as a gymnastics facility for over 10 years servicing a broad membership. The current facility offers a range of gymnastics disciplines for which the building has been setup accordingly. As gymnastics or other similar activities are offered by both commercial and not for profit agencies both are welcome to apply for a no less than five (5) year lease.

The building, which is currently operated as a gymnastics facility, offers female and male change facilities and a small storage/office space. The building has a large open space with a high roof line and offers a jumping pit at the southern end. The building is accessible off Mick Veivers Way and is serviced by 213 sealed carparks that are maintained by the City.
