Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the construction of an Amenities Building and Carpark at Glasshouse Mountains District Park, Page Street Glasshouse Mountains.

Works include, but are not limited to:
Car park
* Site Establishment;
* General Earthworks;
* Unbound Pavements;
* Asphalt Surfacing;
* Kerb, Channel;
* Pavement Marking;
* Pipework/Drainage;
* Landscape; and
* Bollards

Amenities Building
* Construction of a new amenities building;
* Connection of services, including plumbing, drainage and electrical; and
* Commissioning.
