Traffic, Access and Land Use Study - Gelibolu Precinct, Auburn

⁠⁠⁠Cumberland Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified companies for the provision of: It is proposed to seek consultants via open tender to carry out work on the above project, which is required prior to the finalisation of the Draft Auburn and Lidcombe Town Centres Strategy.

The project involves the following: Modelling and analysis of the impact of the proposed interim controls for the precinct on traffic and access to and from the precinct Development capacity of the precinct in relation to the capacity of the traffic and access network. Review of the traffic study submitted with the planning proposal for a school at 2 Percy St Auburn, and the potential impact of this on the development capacity of the precinct as a whole.

Recommendations for improvements required, including costings Recommendations and maps (including any land acquisition requirements).

Responses must be submitted electronically to the same above mentioned portal. Submissions by hard copy, email and fax will not be accepted.

Tender closing date is on Thursday 21 September 2017 at 12.00 pm.

Late tenders may not be considered. Tenders are required to comply with the local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the NSW Government Code of practice and code of Tendering.
