Procurement Package for Instruments and Backline

Jack Morton Worldwide are seeking an Instruments and Backline supplier(s) to provide hire items for an extensive range of shows and performances to be staged at Festival 2018 across multiple venues in different locations on the Gold Coast. The supplier(s) will be responsible for providing all Instruments and Backline as well as a complete service package including installation, maintenance, movement and removal of the Instruments and Backline.

This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) that is required to be completed prior to Jack Morton Worldwide issuing any Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for the procurement of Instruments and Backline for Festival 2018.

The PQQ is important to ensure your organisation has the required financial stability, company policies and further information to pre-qualify for the RFQ stage. The RFQ will be issued to the suppliers that complete and pass the PQQ stage.

Please ensure you read all the information carefully and respond to each section as required.

You are required to submit this PQQ and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via the Q-Tender portal.

Your response in full must be submitted no later than 17:00hrs (AEST) on Thursday, 14 September 2017.

Failure to respond within this time frame may result in you being excluded from the RFQ.

You must complete the NDA and pass the PQQ to receive the RFQ.
