Management Services for Cooroy RV Stopover

⁠⁠⁠1718E051 - Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitable commercial operators or community groups for the management of the Cooroy RV Stopover.

The Cooroy RV Stopover facility sits within a 16.4 hectare allotment, which also accommodates the Cooroy Horse and Pony Club and the Combined Coastal Car Club. Access to the RV Stopover is restricted on a number of days each year, as detailed in this EOI invitation.

A Management Agreement will be offered for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of four (4) x 12-month extensions at Council’s sole discretion. The commencement date will be January 2018, or otherwise by agreement.
