Lambton Bowls Sports and Recreational Club Co-op Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified contract caterer to take over all catering operations including the Bistro and Functions.
The restaurant is currently open Tuesday-Sunday for lunch and dinner however this is negotiable.
Our fully equipped kitchen will be available to the successful respondent in the first week of October.
All cuisines will be considered, however we are seeking to provide reasonably priced good quality meals for our customer base.
Previous experience is essential.

* Sample menus and pricing
* Referees (2 minimum)
