This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to achieve the following objectives:
* Refresh the existing Telecommunication tower structure subpanel under the ITS2573 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services Prequalification Scheme.
* The aggregation of spend and volume of Telecommunication tower structures, accessories and services across NSW to obtain more favourable commercial conditions;
* Standardisation of installed telecommunication tower structures across NSW Government Sites.

All tenderers will need to be a part of the ITS 2573 Operational Radio Telecommunications Scheme and as such accept the terms and conditions of contract associated with the Scheme. Tenderers who are not members are not precluded from tendering but will need to be accepted onto the Scheme prior to entering into any arrangements. # Mandatory Criteria
1 Tenderers must be registered as a business for tax purposes in Australia
2 Tenderers must be able to accept payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT)
3 Tenderers must have support based in Australia
4 Tenderers must be able to service the following locations- Greater metro Area (GMA), Western, North West, New England, North Coast, Central, South West, South Coast.
5 Tenderers must have a minimum $20 million Public & Product Liability Insurance (in respect of each and every occurrence and unlimited in aggregate for any one period of cover)
6 Tenderers must have a minimum $10 million Professional Indemnity Insurance
7 Tenders must be able to provide equipment solutions that meeting all system types as specified in “Guidelines for Telecommunication Structure”
8 Tenderers must demonstrate capacity supply, store and delivery equipment to align with the Customer’s requirements which may include:
* Supply volumes: up to 30 towers/structures per month
* Delivery: To all locations as per item #4.

9 Tenderers must be approved or be willing to sign up, to supply under the ITS 2573 Operational Telecommunications Equipment, Infrastructure and Services Prequalification Scheme
10 Response schedule must include rates for Design and Supply.
