Lead Design/ Project Management of the Master Planning Project

Through this procurement process the QEIIMC Trust is seeking the engagement of a suitably qualified specialist organisation for the provision of lead consultant design/project management services for the QEIIMC Trust’s new “Master Plan Project”.

The Master Plan Project is defined as the services required to lead and project manage the development of the new QEIIMC Trust’s Master Plan for the QEIIMC Reserve, including, but not limited to leading the project team tasked to identify, analyse, prepare, implement and finalise the project tasks and deliverables.

The QEIIMC Trust will be seeking an over-arching urban design framework identifying short term (2025), medium term (2030) and longer term (2040) Campus requirements and objectives.

The delivery of the Master Plan Project will consist of the following key components:
* Planning, design and preparation of a comprehensive Master Plan;
* Stakeholder engagement and review processes; and
* Project management and reporting processes.
