Upper Hunter Shire Council is seeking tenders for the design and construction of the White Park Indoor Arena Roof Structure located at White Park, Guernsey Street, Scone NSW 2337. Tenders close, 2.00pm Thursday 28 September 2017. A mandatory pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 10.00am Friday 15 September 2017 at Upper Hunter Shire Council Office at 135 Liverpool St, Scone for the meeting and then a site inspection at White Park. The scope of work is the design and construction of a 90m by 60m clear span roof structure to cover an indoor arena for equine sports, events and other uses. The roof structure will be generally 7m high at the eaves.
