Tender Description
Douglas Shire Council has identified the need to undertake river bank stabilisation on the Mossman River and South Mossman River to protect the existing Mossman Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).The scope of work includes:
* Site establishment/ disestablishment;
* Survey set-out;
* Location and protection of all underground services within the works footprint;
* Relocation of existing conflicting underground services;
* Complying all necessary permits and approvals;
* Vegetation clearance as required;
* Environmental Management during construction;
* Supply of materials and construction of 78m of bank stabilisation on South Mossman River
* Supply of materials and construction of 75m of bank stabilisation on Mossman River;
* Reinstatement of roads, grass, paths, driveways affected by the construction works;

* This document represents the release of the Tender to the market;
* It is Mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session (10:30am, Thursday, 07 September 2017, Mossman WWTP – Junction Road, Mossman)
* Tenders will only be accepted until the tender box closes at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 27 September 2017.
* You must only submit your Offer via the LG tender box e-Tendering website: www.lgtenderbox.com.au
* Evaluation of Tenders will be conducted against predetermined evaluation criteria and within Council’s governance and probity framework; Council may accept none, one or more of the Tenders submitted.
* Late submissions or submissions not lodged as prescribed in this tender document will not be accepted.
