HealthShare NSW, on behalf of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites companies, organisations, or consortia to submit a Proposal for the opportunity to operate the Café at the Sutherland Hospital.
The Successful Proponent will be required to install the necessary equipment to operate the service. The café a is located in the main hospital foyer.
It is the intention of SESLHD to offer a lease of the premises for a period of five years from the commencement date to that party best able to meet the retail food and beverage needs identified. The Hospital is currently undergoing redevelopment.
The Successful Proponent will provide retail food and beverage services in accordance with the NSW Health Policy, “Healthy Food and Drink in NSW Health Facilities for Staff and Visitors Framework’ and ‘Healthy Food and Drink in NSW Health Facilities for Staff and Visitors Toolkit’ and any amendments to that policy.
