Tender Description
The scope of this Project is specific to the following deliverables:
1. Provision of a technology solution in accordance with the functional requirements.
2. Hosting of all or part of the technology solution.
3. Initial user training
4. Fault tolerance and disaster recovery capability for any hosted components of the solution.
5. Ongoing support of the technology solution identified in 5.1 above. Support will include:
a. The delivery of periodic upgrades and patches to software;
b. Escalated support (beyond Tier 1) for any component of the technology solution; and
c. For any hosted components, maintenance of the technology and network infrastructure required to deliver the technology solution.
d. For any hosted components, implementation of technology upgrades and patches.
6. Integration services relating to the initial implementation of the technology solution and integration of services with CSU systems.
7. Documentation relating to:
a. User guides, Frequently Asked Questions, and other end user support materials;
b. Post implementation training of end users and technical support resources;
c. Technical specifications relating to technology components of the solution that are managed on an ongoing basis by CSU or our nominated third party.
