Tender Description
This tender is for Contract No. 2017-18/08 - Narrabri Shire Council (NSC) require the existing Radtel Telemetry and SCADA system that monitors the Councils assets to be replaced and merged into the currently installed ClearSCADA system as it is no longer manufactured or supported.
Aligning with the Namoi Water Alliance Telemetry Specification the following Hardware and Software will be implemented as part of this project:
ClearSCADA servers and clients
Brodersen RTUs
Aprisa SR+ radios
Metasphere Point Orange battery powered RTUs (where suitable)
