User Research and Design expertise required to provide input and guidance with initiating a project to develop a long term strategy and plan for improving / creating a better customer experience for users of the AAT.
You will assist the PMO team with building a long term strategy and plan for creating a better customer experience by:
* Researching AAT’s customer base and providing inform recommendations for applying innovative best practices to the customer experience
* Defining a framework for continual improvement of the best practices to be implemented
* Assisting the team in the creation of a roadmap from which discreet pieces of work can be actioned.
The long term strategy and plan to come out of this work will be submitted to executive teams for review, approval and decision making on what streams of work to start.
