18 Legana Grove, Legana - Demolition of Retail Warehouse

⁠⁠⁠The West Tamar Council is seeking tenders from qualified and experienced demolition contractors to demolish and remove a retail warehouse and associated works in 18 Legana Grove, Legana.

The specifications are set out in the attached tender documents and drawings.

Tenders close at 12 Noon on Wednesday the 13th of September 2017 at Council's Riverside office in Eden St. Tenders must be placed in the tendering box at that office prior to the closure time, or sent by post to PO Box 16, Riverside 7250 to arrive prior to the closure time. Tenders can also be emailed to tenders@wtc.tas.gov.au.
