Tender Description

Block C - Refurbishment and fit out of two existing spaces, including demolition, all finishes and flooring, lighting, power, data and ICT cabling.

Block D - Extension, internal demolition, refurbishment and fit-out to provide:
* Meeting rooms;
* Conference and seminar room;
* Open plan office area accommodating 40 staff plus 10 hot desks; and
* Kitchen
