Tender Description
The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is seeking to implement a coaching program to develop current and future leaders to ensure that it is well placed to deliver high quality public sector financial management to its clients and the community of South Australia.
The aim of the program includes:
* Improving performance and capability
* Enhancing leadership skills and strategies
* Improving engagement levels
* Reducing stress and increase wellbeing
* Achieving results
It is envisaged that this will be a whole or organization arrangement with the engagement involving three parties; the manager/HR, employee and coach.
The program will be targeted at Administrative Officer 7 and 8 level (sub-executive) and at executive level.
