Tender Description
The Reserve Trust hereby appoints the Caretaker and the Caretaker hereby accepts the appointment to manage the caravan park for the term set out in Item 2 of the Reference Schedule (“the Term”) commencing on the commencement date set out in Item 3 of the Reference Schedule and expiring on the expiry date set out in Item 4 of the Reference Schedule subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
