The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following:
* Reconstruction of 190 m2 (Approx) of Road Pavement and (Approx. 500m2) Asphalt Seal
* Construction of 280 m of Kerb & Channel/Vehicular Crossover type `KC' and 600 wide `V' channel
* Construct of six (6) Concrete Access Ramp
* Supply & placement of approx. 62m2 `Plaza Stone' Pavers (400x400mm)
* Construction of 125 m2 of Exposed Concrete Footpath
* Construction of 140 m2 of Concrete Footpath
* Construction of four (4) Concrete Driveway (Approx 100m2)
* Construction of one (1) Asphalt Driveway (Approx 28m2)
* Construction of two (2) Raised Brick Planters
* Supply & installation of four (4) Side Entry Pit type `1'
* Supply & installation of one (1) Side Entry Pit type `2'
* Supply & installation of two (2) DN1200 RCP Benched M/H w/ Concrete Infilled Heavy Duty Top
* Supply & installation of two (2) DN1200 RCP Benched M/H w/ Concrete Infilled Heavy Duty Top
* Supply & installation of 36.5m DN375 RRJ Concrete class `4' SRCP
* Supply & installation of 48.1m DN300 RRJ Concrete class `4' SRCP
* Supply & installation of 36.5m DN300 RRJ `Ribbed Poly' class SN8 Pipe
* General reinstatement.
* 12 month maintenance period.
